Funny clip of the week; far left idiot tries to ambush Jesse Watters from FNC and gets owned!!

February 16th, 2011

“Watters, who’s been “ambushing” judges, politicians and journalists for years, playfully mocked the “ambush attempt” while it went down, critiqued it “you can’t ambush with a camera phone”) and breezed away smiling. At one point the bumbling blogger bumped into Watters and was warned, “watch the blazer, bro.”"

Oil spill claims czar Kenneth Feinberg to testify before House committee Friday

Gulf Coast Claims Facility administrator Kenneth Feinberg will testify before a House committee Friday morning about the controversial oil spill claims process put into effect following the Deepwater Horizon explosion.

BP and President Barack Obama chose Feinberg, a D.C. attorney, to oversee the private sector claims process in July. He testified before a U.S. Senate ad hoc committee Jan. 27, assuring lawmakers the “facility is working as intended.”

House Speaker Dean Cannon asked Rep. Dorothy Hukill‘s Economic Affairs committee in January to review the process after learning of “numerous breakdowns and inconsistencies.”

In a Friday e-mail, Hukill told members to expect the committee to follow a strict schedule and to submit written questions for Feinberg no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The meeting starts at 8:45 a.m. in Webster Hall.

Health problems reported in relation to BP Oil Spill

February 14th, 2011

As a small business owner and victim of the BP Oil spill disaster I am well aware of the financial issue and even the environmental problems from the spill April 20, 2010. It is only now that I am beginning to realize the health related issues that are apparently widespread across the effected areas of the northern Gulf of Mexico. A FB friend recently (in the last week) asked me if I knew of anyone having health issues from the Oil spill here. I replied not that I knew of other than maybe some sinus and upper respiratory issues that were common to the area due to allergies mainly. But I admitted the stench of the oil over the summer was at times overwhelming and very pungent.

I have personally experienced pain in my neck and shoulder, severe headaches, sinus pain and upper respiratory and sinus congestion far beyond what I have ever experienced in my life. I was down and out from work at my Dive shop for 6 to 8 weeks at one point and have missed a lot of time to the point I just have not been there due to feeling tired, sluggish, and have had aches and pains I have never had before. Basically the last 6-8 months I have felt pretty louse a large portion of the time. Until tonight I never really put the two together as I just thought it was normal allergies and sinus issues coupled with some flu and other seasonal illnesses like the cold.

After some time tonight looking and listening to others that have had some very severe problems and hearing reports of people with the same symptoms I have experienced I am beginning to believe the oil spill is the cause of my health problems of the last 6-8 months.

I am going to post a number of videos here from Youtube for all to see and you be the judge.  I also ask any other person that has had health issues or even issues getting paid from BP to please contact us here. I think that numbers are the key in making BP or more so Ken Feinberg pay us the money we deserve and need desperately.

We will also have a link posted here for donations to help us and other BP victims make it until we can get a settlement from BP. We are all suffering here and without payment soon we will lose our businesses and homes and when I say soon I mean within weeks as I doubt many of us can make it to the next season. We also don’t know what the season will hold with a still floundering economy and people still afraid to come here due to the oil spill. We don’t want handouts but at the same time anything would help and we will be offering T-shirts and other products for sale to help pay the bills.

Thanks all and God Bless,

Super Bowl 44!! pro or anti abortion??? really?

November 29th, 2009

Okay, it is finally here Super Bowl 44 so get out the chips and dip and fire up the fryer for some nice hot wings then sit back and enjoy the game…

But while we are on the subject, just what is all the hoopla about Tim Tebow and his Mom doing a commercial with a positive message???

Is it really anti abortion to tell how Mrs. Tebow made a choice to keep her baby even knowing it would endanger her life to carry the baby to full term? Or is it just a nice story about real choice by a woman that in the face of endangering her own life she chose to give life to her child and it was the right choice??

I mean we hear from all the pro abortionists about it being a right to choose but now that a woman who made that choice is going to tell it on national television to a national audience unencumbered by any political venue all of a sudden making a choice is bad because it wasn’t for abortion. So now it isn’t really about choice but rather about which choice you make and worse yet this is an openly Christian woman making this choice. Oh horror of horrors for the left, that bad Christian is out to get us with her pro family ilk on national television.

CBS has been getting threats from every feminist, pro abortion and leftist group in the country to not run this ad. Mind you there is nothing overtly threatening to abortion or abortion providers in the ad at all. In fact, there is nothing political at all in the ad. It is simply Mrs. Tebow and Tim telling their story about her choice and how it worked out to be a great blessing for them and consequently I believe a credit to society in general.

Now we get to hear all the whining of the left and to date with all the interviews I have watched of pro abortionists I have yet to hear a clear reason as to why this ad should not be allowed by CBS. I have heard mainly the equivalent of, “it isn’t fair” or how it is just an out an out attack on abortion rights and too political. Then I had the “pleasure” of hearing Gloria Allred state that is was illegal at that time in the Philippines to have an abortion for any reason so she had no choice and had to have the baby no matter what she wanted to do. Ahh leave it to the woman that is now battling against a company to not put the face of a porn star mistress of Tiger Woods on a golf ball because it would damage her face and be damaging to all women?? I mean really I saw a clip of her holding a big cardboard golf club and putting the club up to a poster with a golf ball and the woman’s face on it to show that it would hit her face and obviously damage it??? Nutjob?? I am thinking yes… But I digress that is another subject or 5 and for another time.

Back to the Superbowl ad… So I am watching Ms. Allred trying to spin this whole thing back into propaganda for abortion saying Mrs. Tebow had no choice just like at one time woman here had no choice. Then they flash Facebook comments of women saying they don’t want to see that kind of ad and it takes away from the “fun” of the superbowl but would like to see some fun ads.

Okay I get the point, it would be better to see a fun ad like a tampax commercial or maybe something fun like the anti animal cruelty ad with Sarah Mclachlan waling in the background would be more appropriate than a nice pro life message that is uplifting and encouraging? Oh and don’t get me wrong I love animals and the commercial has a good message but it is personally depressing and annoying and the song really does get on my last nerve although Sarah M. is a wonderful singer and artist nothing against her at all.

It just amazes me how sensitive and childish the left is especially when it comes to the right to murder an unborn child. This issue alone is very personal to me and because I have lost a child to abortion I have every right to speak out on the subject. More than most of the leftist feminists that are simply twisted individuals that take women’s rights to a ridiculous extreme to further their own careers and or because they are so empty inside they have nothing else to live for in this world. Too many take their identity from these movements and agendas so they take it personally that anyone disagrees with them plus you have so many that seem to be men hating wounded spirits that thrive off the cause and the camaraderie of  other women.

Personally, I think that it will be nice to see a positive commercial with two real people giving their own life experience as encouragement to others in the world. Maybe I am wrong but we need more positive life giving messages in the media these days. You cannot turn the television on almost any station without seeing and hearing death, blood and guts, cursing and foul language, negative messages, fighting and hatred and of course varying degrees of sexual content and nudity.

So to the left and the pro abortionists I say get a life and get over it.

Rock on Mrs. Tebow and Tim I look forward to seeing your commercial and positive message….
