The Conservative dude is a southern boy born in Nashville, Tennessee, grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and now living in the western Panhandle of Florida in the Pensacola area with his wife and daughter.

The Conservative Dude or Carlos Faught is obviously conservative in political views as well as in most areas of life. He wasn’t always a full blown conservative but as he grew older or maybe grew up his views and ideologies changed and matured with him.

He hopes to share not only his own thoughts and views but those of others that he believes are important to our great country and even the world today.

He welcomes opposing thoughts and ideas as long as they are given in a thoughtful, respectful and courteous way and he will always return in kind.

Debate and exchange of ideas is the only way to gain understanding.
